This is a look inside one of our workshops at a local fitness center. You can see participants of all ages learning practical moves, from blocking strikes to practicing their stance. It's all about hands-on learning in a high-energy environment.

About Women's Safety Workshops
We don't teach theory here. In these sessions, we focus on high-stress scenarios like wrist grabs, hair pulls, and feeling cornered in public spaces. You will learn to use your own body weight and leverage to break free, and we drill these moves until your muscle memory takes over. It is practical, it is sweaty, and it works, regardless of your current fitness level.
Practical Defence That Works
When you step onto our mats, you are not just learning moves, you are learning how to survive. We strip away the complicated martial arts forms that take years to master and focus on gross motor skills—palm strikes, knee strikes, and elbow strikes—that you can rely on when your adrenaline spikes. Our coaching team guides you through realistic drills where you practice releasing from wrist grabs, chokes, and body holds.
Why Our Approach is Different
We train in a 'fight gym' environment, which means you learn under pressure. You will be practicing with focus mitts and kick shields, feeling the impact of a strike and learning how to maintain your stance under stress. We also cover:
