We believe fitness is about more than just speed. It is about discipline, community, and finding your inner athlete, regardless of your starting point.

How you rest between intervals is just as important as the run itself. Here's a technical breakdown of how to structure your recovery for different types of running workouts to maximize your gains.

This is my philosophy. After a year of ups and downs, winning Gold in the 400m Hurdles at the All India Nationals was a test of grit and determination. I bring that same passion to my coaching.

Proud to win another gold medal, this time in the 4x100 mixed relay at the National Masters Sports Championship. I believe in leading from the front and inspiring my athletes through action.

If you are curious about how we train, here is the honest truth: we prioritize movement quality over raw volume. Before we push any athlete to sprint faster, we fix their start stance and drive phase at the track. It keeps you safe, builds longevity, and actually makes you faster in the long run.

Training Beyond the Track

At BE FIT, we operate on a simple principle: discipline equals growth. Whether you are a 7-year-old learning to hurdle at the Wings Sports Centre or an adult preparing for your first marathon in Juhu, the fundamentals remain the same.

Our Core Approach:

  • Movement First: We do not believe in mindless laps. Every session starts with assessing your mechanics. We use agility ladders, mini hurdles, and explosive drills to build coordination before we dial up the intensity.
  • Technical Mastery: Running is a skill. We break down complex movements into bite-sized drills. We focus on sprint mechanics, relay baton exchanges, and long jump run-ups because technique is what separates the podium finishers from the pack.
  • Strength as a Foundation: You cannot run fast if your body cannot handle the impact. We incorporate age-appropriate bodyweight conditioning and core work to prevent injuries and prepare you for the demands of the track.

The 'Family' Factor

We train hard, but we do it together. Our environment is built on mutual encouragement—the same one that keeps our marathoners going at kilometer 80 and helps our kids push through a tough hurdle session. If you are nervous or shy, this is exactly where you need to be. We celebrate the small wins, like the first time a hurdle technique clicks, just as loudly as we celebrate the medals.
