We believe fitness is about more than just speed. It is about discipline, community, and finding your inner athlete, regardless of your starting point.

This is my philosophy. After a year of ups and downs, winning Gold in the 400m Hurdles at the All India Nationals was a test of grit and determination. I bring that same passion to my coaching.

Proud to win another gold medal, this time in the 4x100 mixed relay at the National Masters Sports Championship. I believe in leading from the front and inspiring my athletes through action.

Empowering the next generation. Here I am with our young athletes, instilling the values of discipline, hard work, and proper running form. This is how we build champions from the ground up.
