You will notice our training isn't just about running laps; we focus on building mental toughness alongside physical speed. Whether you are aiming for school-level athletic meets or just starting to run, we teach the specific techniques—from start stance to hurdle clearance—that actually stick. Why We Train as a Squad
Fitness can be lonely, but it doesn't have to be. Our approach is simple: we show up, we hustle, and we grow together. By training in groups, we foster a unique energy where a 6-year-old learning to sprint and an adult smashing a 100km ultra can share the same track. This environment helps shy kids find their confidence and keeps seasoned runners accountable.
Our Training Focus
We don't just 'exercise.' We train for specific outcomes.
- Youth Speed Development: For kids aged 7+, we focus on running mechanics, agility ladders, and coordination. We use hurdles, cones, and resistance parachutes to teach them how to move efficiently.
- Athletics & Competition: We prepare athletes for events like the YMCA and CISCE Nationals. This includes timed trials, relay baton exchanges, and race pacing strategies to handle competition pressure.
- Adult & Marathon Prep: For our older members, we focus on functional strength, interval training, and endurance. It's about staying injury-free while chasing new personal bests.

We operate out of premium synthetic tracks in Mumbai, which are essential for reducing joint impact and allowing for consistent pacing. You can find us at:
- Jamnabai Narsee School Playground (Juhu): Our hub for youth athletics.
- Wings Sports Centre (Bandra): Where we run high-intensity track sessions.
