Monthly Outdoor Bootcamp Access
Schedule & Access
- 3 weekday sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Session duration: 90 minutes typically starting at 6:00 AM.
- Access to one primary location: Juhu Beach, Bandra Bandstand, Shivaji Park, or Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
Training Regimen
- Terrain based training: Sand drills, hill repeats, and pavement runs.
- Functional fitness: Bodyweight squats, lunges, planks, and resistance band work.
- Agility & Speed: Ladder drills and cone drills for foot coordination.
- Running Mechanics: Form correction and breathing technique supervision.
Additional Perks
- Access to Sunday Slow Long Runs at varying scenic routes.
- Large group training environment (15 to 30 members) with lead and assistant coaches.

- Users must bring their own hydration and yoga mats.
Quarterly Pro Training & Race Prep
Long Term Programming
- Total access to 36 weekday sessions and approximately 12 Sunday long runs.
- Structured periodization: Weekly progression through build, peak, and taper phases.
- Targeted mileage increases aligned with major running events like Tata Mumbai Marathon.
Race Day Strategy
- Guidance on race day nutrition, hydration, and gear selection.
- Pre race warm up drills led by coaches at major local event start lines.
Community Integration
- Priority invites to post race celebrations and social events.
- Full integration into the training tribe for peer accountability.
About Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp
Fitness, for me, is about more than just push-ups and burpees. It's about showing up, rain or shine, and finding your tribe - people who have your back when that alarm goes off at 5 AM. We sweat together, we groan together, and trust me, we laugh a lot too. This bootcamp isn’t about being the fittest one out there - it’s about turning up and giving what you can.
What Happens in a Session
Every session is different because honestly, who wants the same old drill? Sometimes we’re smashing hill sprints, sometimes you’ll catch us jumping over hurdles or doing beach workout sessions at Juhu. We mix in functional strength training outdoors - think squats, planks, resistance bands, kettlebells - and always wrap up with a solid cool-down, because recovery is as important as hustle.
Who Can Join
No one’s too beginner or too advanced here. You’ll find runners, total newbies, even the odd marathoner. If you want group fitness classes in Mumbai that make you feel part of something, this is it. Coaches will keep an eye on your form and the crew will make sure you never feel left out.
Locations & Timings
We train all over - Juhu Beach, Bandra Bandstand, Dadar, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, all early mornings. If you’re up for an early morning fitness community that actually gets you moving, come try out a session with us.

My Story
Hey! We’re BE FIT, your Mumbai fitness fam. I’m Brinston, founder and coach - international gold medalist, but honestly, my biggest flex is our crew. From tiny champs winning their first school race to folks smashing 100km ultras, we’re all in. Age? Doesn’t matter. We train on sand, tracks, wherever the city lets us. Early mornings, sweaty tees, loud cheers - that’s us. We show up, we hustle, we grow together. Simple.

Group fitness & marathon training - We run group fitness, marathon prep, and endurance training outdoors across Mumbai. All levels, all ages.
Kids athletics & outdoor workouts - Kids from 7+ get their own batches. We do outdoor sessions at beaches, parks, and sports centres.
