We do not just log miles here. I focus on correcting your gait and building endurance through structured interval sessions, whether we are on the track at Jamnabai or running the streets of Bandra. You get real feedback on your form and pacing, not generic plans that fail to account for the heat or the road conditions of Mumbai.

Training for a race is not just about showing up, it is about training smart. My marathon and endurance program is designed for everyone from absolute beginners looking to finish their first 5k to seasoned runners chasing a sub-4-hour marathon. We keep the groups tight and the intensity high, training outdoors across Mumbai at locations like Juhu, Bandra, Dadar, and Mahalaxmi.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. We break down your running technique, work on explosive drills, and manage your recovery cycles to keep you injury-free. When you join the tribe, you are getting access to specialized interval training, long run support, and race-day pacing strategies. We test your fitness regularly so you can actually see the progress, instead of just guessing if your training is working.

We focus heavily on strength conditioning and core work because a weak core is the first thing that fails you after 20km. This is real-world coaching for the city we live in.
