It is not just about running fast; it is about running smart. I do not just hand you a schedule and wish you luck. I am right there with you, breaking down your gait, adjusting your cadence, and ensuring your form keeps you injury-free, whether you are aiming for your first 5k or a full marathon.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in my own journey as a 400m hurdles champion. I have spent years learning that elite performance is built on a foundation of mechanics, functional strength, and recovery, not just endless miles.

When you join our sessions in Mumbai, you get the benefit of that experience. We focus on the details that often get overlooked. We look at your hip flexors and glute activation during warm-ups to prevent injury. We analyze your posture during fatigue to optimize energy expenditure. My goal is to teach you how to train intelligently so you can sustain your fitness long-term.

I lead sessions across the city, from beach HIIT at Juhu and Versova to hill repeats at Mount Mary and track work at Dadar. These aren't just group runs; they are structured blocks.
