About The Be Fit Tribe
We don't just run; we train for the long haul. Our sessions blend beach resistance work at Juhu with hill repeats in Bandra, making sure you're ready for any course. But the real reason our members stick with it is the accountability—the crew that’s waiting for you at 6 AM, even on those days when you'd rather hit snooze.
Running is often a solitary sport, but with us, it’s a team event. We structure our training to keep you engaged and progressing, regardless of your current fitness level.
Our Training System
We divide our weeks into specific zones to build a well-rounded athlete:
- Beach Sprints (Juhu/Versova): High-resistance sand running to build explosive power and ankle stability.
- Hill Repeats (Bandra): Power-endurance drills on inclines to boost your VO2 max and quad strength.
- Track Speed Work: Controlled intervals to help you find your race pace and sharpen your anaerobic threshold.
Coaching Philosophy
Led by Brinston Miranda, our approach is based on data and injury prevention. We aren't here to burn you out. We use gait analysis, heart rate monitoring, and proper warm-up protocols—including dynamic mobility for hip and glute activation—to ensure you stay healthy.
The Marathon Roadmap
For our 12-week performance program, we move beyond just 'getting miles in.' We provide periodized charts, pacing strategies based on your current 5k or 10k benchmarks, and specific tapering plans for race week. We even manage the logistics for our Sunday long runs, providing hydration support and electrolytes so you can focus entirely on the road ahead.

I'm Brinston, the founder and head coach here. I’ve run marathons across the globe, but nothing beats the energy of our Mumbai morning sessions. We keep training simple, focused, and—most importantly—fun, because if you aren't enjoying the process, you won't stick with it.
