I’m Prashant Patil. With 7 international medals for India and 22 national titles for Maharashtra, I bring professional, NS-NIS certified coaching to Ulwe. I don't just train students; I build champions.

At Risers Academy, we offer professional training for sports like Kabaddi. As an international athlete and NIS-certified coach, I ensure our students get the best guidance on training, diet, and equipment.

A look back at my journey as an international long-distance athlete for India. I have had the honor of winning 7 international medals across 4 countries, and I bring that experience to my coaching.

Our coach, our power. As an international athlete and NS-NIS certified athletics coach, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality training for running, jumping, and throwing events.

In this video, I answer a common question: "How much time does it take to prepare for police recruitment?" I share my insights on training, diet, recovery, and having a realistic approach.

It is a pleasure to be the head coach at Risers Academy. I personally oversee the coaching for all events, from sprints and jumps to throws, ensuring every student receives professional guidance.

A historic moment for Uran sports. I was fortunate to be part of the Youth Commonwealth Games 2008 torch relay, carrying the batton as it passed through our town. My mission is to create more such champion athletes.

Holding the Youth Commonwealth Games torch. This represents the spirit of sportsmanship and excellence that I strive to instill in all my students at the academy.

With fellow athletes and dignitaries during the torch relay. It was a collective effort that brought such a prestigious event to our shores, and it inspires me to aim higher for my students.

With Ashwini Nachappa, the legendary 400m Asian Gold Medalist. Meeting and learning from other great athletes is a continuous part of my journey as a coach.

Get to know your coach. With 7 international medals for India and 22 national medals for Maharashtra, I have lived the life of an athlete. Now, I dedicate myself to coaching the next generation.

About Meet the Coach: An International Athlete's Guidance

Most trainees struggle because they don't treat preparation as a science. Whether you are prepping for a 1600m run or a field event, you need to understand your body's recovery cycle. I see too many aspiring candidates overtrain and get injured because they treat every day like a competition. My first step with you is not just running harder; it is assessing your current fitness and fixing your recovery protocol, using techniques like ice therapy and proper nutrition to ensure you don't burn out before the recruitment test.
