Getting to the start line of a World Marathon Major isn't just about logging miles. We manage the logistics of your training block, from 12-week periodization cycles that account for Mumbai's humidity to race-week tapering strategies. You aren't just running; you're executing a performance plan tailored to your specific goal pace, fueling needs, and recovery capacity.

The Periodization Approach We break your journey into a 12-week macro-cycle. We start with base building on Mumbai’s terrain—using Juhu's sand for stability and Bandra’s hills for VO2 max—and transition into specific race-pace intervals. By the time you land in Chicago or Tokyo, your body knows exactly how to handle the distance.

Beyond the Miles It’s the details that often decide the result:

  • Fueling Tactics: We drill your carb-loading and gel timing during Sunday long runs so there’s no guessing on race morning.
  • Data Analysis: We review your heart rate zones and splits via tracking apps to prevent overtraining.
  • Technical Feedback: We perform visual gait analysis during your fatigue states to correct posture and minimize injury risk.
