This is what hybrid training is all about. The farmer's carry at a Hyrox event combines pure strength with endurance. It’s a test of physical power and mental grit, a core part of my functional fitness programs.

About this collection
Hybrid training isn't about choosing between running or lifting; it's about forcing your body to perform when it's already tired. When you train with me, you’ll be handling heavy deadlifts and track intervals in the same cycle, learning how to control your heart rate under load. This is the difference between just finishing a race and actually competing for a podium.
My Hybrid Philosophy
Fitness isn't just physical. It’s a game of discipline. My coaching is built for those who are tired of easy hacks and want to see what they are actually capable of.
What We Work On
Whether you are a runner who has hit a plateau or an athlete prepping for functional events like Hyrox, my methodology focuses on:
- Compromised Running: I teach you how to maintain your pace immediately after heavy leg work, which is exactly what happens in high-intensity competitions.
- Functional Strength: We focus on compound movements like barbell rows and sled pushes to build a resilient, injury-proof body. If it doesn't serve your performance, we don't do it.
- Mental Toughness: You can't cheat the reps. I coach you to build the mind of an achiever, not just a dreamer.
