Our foundation is built on expertise. Our founder, Sally Jones Kapoor, is an IRONMAN finisher and L3 Certified Personal Trainer who set the standard for our methodology. She created MultiFit because Bengaluru needed more than just a place to count reps. We wanted a space where technical proficiency meets real-world application.
The Expert Difference
We distinguish between general fitness and Elite Specialist Coaching. While our standard sessions are perfect for functional conditioning, our specialist tier is for those with niche goals. This is where you work with Head Coaches and specialist athletes, such as National-level powerlifters and combat sports pros.
