Winning isn't just about showing up on the big day. It is about the consistency of our daily grind. Our 12-week marathon programs are built on data, not guesses. We take your current 5k or 10k benchmarks to calculate custom race paces, ensuring you don't burn out before the finish line.

The Training Pillars:

  • Terrain Mastery: We use Mumbai's unique landscape. Beach sprints at Juhu build ankle stability, while hill repeats on Mount Mary slopes spike your VO2 max.
  • Technical Feedback: We don't just shout encouragement. We analyze your splits via Garmin/Strava and perform visual gait analysis to fix your form when you are fatigued.
  • Fueling & Strategy: For the long races, it’s about more than legs. We teach you exactly when to take gels, how to hydrate, and when to start your taper so your legs feel fresh on race morning.
