We're more than just a running club. We're a family built on grit, discipline, and shared goals. From local 5Ks to the World Marathon Majors, this is how we train and grow together.

This is what our grind looks like. Before the sun is up, we're on the streets, beaches, and tracks of Mumbai, pushing our limits. We offer marathon morning batches from Monday to Saturday at Juhu, Bandra, Dadar, and Mahalaxmi for all levels.

This is what it's all about. Witnessing our athlete Monica complete all six World Marathon Majors, a feat less than 5% of runners ever achieve. Her journey started right here with us, proving that with dreams, discipline, and community, anything is possible.

This is a huge moment for our tribe. Celebrating our athlete Paragi for securing 2nd place at the prestigious Tata Mumbai Marathon. This is what dedicated, smart training and pure grit looks like on race day.

We train smart to save you time. This is one of our go-to sessions: hill repeats. It's a killer workout that combines strength, speed, and endurance all in one, building explosive power while being easier on your joints than flat sprints.

Just a snapshot of our Sunday run crew. We believe miles are better when shared. This is our tribe, a mix of all paces and faces, making fitness fun and consistent.

Good vibes and great workouts on Juhu Beach. Our sessions are more than just running; they are about building functional strength and getting stronger with every sunrise. Join our beach workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.

This is the ultimate goal for many marathoners: the Abbott World Marathon Majors six-star medal. We provide the coaching and support to help you chase down these iconic races in Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York.

Our head coach and founder, Brinston Miranda, leading by example with a Gold medal at the national masters athletics championship. We practice what we preach, bringing championship-level experience to your training.

About Featured

We don't do sterile gyms. Our training grounds are the beaches of Juhu, the slopes of Bandra, and the open tracks of Mumbai. Whether it's high-resistance sand sprints or technical hill repeats, we train specifically for the reality of race day. You'll get form correction, group pacing, and the kind of squad accountability that makes skipping a session feel impossible.

Training with Purpose

At BE FIT, we don't believe in mindless miles. Our philosophy is simple: train smart, train together, and leave the excuses at home. We treat Mumbai's landscape as our playground and our gym.

  • Sand Training: We use the resistance of Juhu and Versova beach to build explosive power and ankle stability that you just can't replicate on a treadmill.
  • Hill Repeats: We conquer the slopes at Bandra’s Mount Mary to drive up your VO2 max and quad strength.
  • Technical Drills: It’s not just about running; it’s about running well. Our sessions include A-skips, high knees, and plyometric drills to optimize your cadence and prevent injury.
