Bademiya is where Mumbai comes alive after dark. I’ve kept my father’s words close: always serve with imaan, never cut corners, and stick to that Bade Miyan taste that’s been around for 70+ years.
What Makes Us Different
- Our kebabs get grilled the old-school way, over an open charcoal dhundhar tandoor - that smoky aroma is impossible to fake
- Every masala is mixed by hand in our central kitchen. No shortcuts, no secret “factory” stuff, just what we’ve always done
- I can’t do 100 custom tastes, but you’ll always get the iconic Bade Miyan flavour - that’s my guarantee

My Story
Yaar, Mumbai ki raat ho aur Bademiya ki stall na ho toh kuch missing lagta hai. My journey started way back in 1946, ek chote se stall se. Bade Miyan naam bhi customers ne diya, pyaar se. Aaj bhi asli masale, wohi purana taste, aur staff mein Shamshad jaise log, jo sirf muskurahat se baat karte hain. Celebrities bhi aate hain, par sabse bada star toh hamara butter chicken hai. For us, this is zindagi ka kissa.
