Full-Service Live Buffet Catering
Menu Composition
- Welcome Drinks: 2 Mocktails (e.g., Mohabbat Ka Sharbat, Mojitos).
- Pass-Around Starters: 3 to 4 varieties served on wooden platters, including premium cuts like Mutton Raan slices or Chicken Tarts.
- Live Station: 1 Live Chaat counter or Tawa station (subject to venue permission).
- Main Buffet: 2 Gourmet Gravies (Slow-cooked Mutton/Chicken and Paneer), Assorted Indian Breads, Premium Biryani or Yakhni Pulao, Dal, and Vegetable Side dish.
- Dessert: 2 Varieties of fusion or authentic Awadhi sweets.
Service & Hardware
- Presentation: Food served in traditional Brass or Copper Chafing dishes with warmers.
- Dining Ware: Ceramic dinner plates, quarter plates, and stainless steel cutlery. (No disposables).
- Staffing: Uniformed waiters (Vests/Bowties) for appetizer circulation and buffet management at approx 1:20 guest ratio.

Plus, I’m slightly obsessed with kitchen hygiene - so you’re never left worrying about what’s going into your plate.

Big fat weddings, corporate dos, birthdays, or chill home parties - I’ve handled them all. Got kids? I put together menus that get them excited too. If you want live food stations for events, or just a hassle-free buffet, I make it work for your vibe.

Buffet set-ups, live counters, or bulk food delivery for parties - I fit into what you need. Everything’s plated to look as good as it tastes. If you want trained staff on site, that’s sorted too. I don’t just drop off food and disappear.
