Classic Bademiya Meal (2 Pax)
The "Nawab" Starters
- Signature Seekh Kebabs (1 Portion): 4 pieces of charcoal-grilled skewers (Mutton or Chicken). Soft texture served with spicy mint chutney and onions.
- The Original Baida Roti (1 Portion): A stuffed flatbread parcel pan-fried with egg and minced meat. Cut into 4-6 golden brown squares.
Main Course & Breads
- Heavy Gravy (1 Bowl): Choice of Butter Chicken (Tomato cream base) or Mutton Bhuna (Thick spicy brown gravy). Portion size suitable for two.
- Bread Basket: 2 paper-thin Rumali Rotis for scooping gravy and 1 Butter Naan.
Amenities
- Condiments: Unlimited spicy green chutney, vinegar onions, and lime.
- Setting: Seating in the air-conditioned section with standard table service.
Royal Raan Feast (Group of 4-5)
The Centerpiece
- Whole Raan (Lamb Leg): A massive leg of lamb marinated for 24+ hours and slow-cooked (Dum Pukht) until meat falls off the bone.
- Preparation Choice: Served as Raan Masala (Roasted with thick gravy) OR Raan Biryani (Layered with saffron Basmati rice and fried onions).

- Assorted Kebabs (12-15 Pcs): A mix of Chicken Reshmi Tikka (Creamy), Chicken Tikka (Spicy red), and Mutton Seekh Kebabs.

My Story
Yaar, Mumbai ki raat ho aur Bademiya ki stall na ho toh kuch missing lagta hai. My journey started way back in 1946, ek chote se stall se. Bade Miyan naam bhi customers ne diya, pyaar se. Aaj bhi asli masale, wohi purana taste, aur staff mein Shamshad jaise log, jo sirf muskurahat se baat karte hain. Celebrities bhi aate hain, par sabse bada star toh hamara butter chicken hai. For us, this is zindagi ka kissa.
