I’ve been doing this since before most of you were born - 75 years and counting. My father always said, ‘Beta sheesh bechna, imaan mat bechna’ (son, sell skewers, not your integrity). That’s the rule here: no shortcuts, only proper mehnat (hard work). So when you get Bademiya for your event, you’re getting real Mumbai street food from someone who’s lived it.

The Bademiya Vibe

What sets us apart? It’s the whole live grill catering scene. My chefs fire up the charcoal right in front of your guests, flipping kebabs and tikka, making the place smell amazing. Our branded stalls bring that Mumbai street food stall energy - it’s more than just eating, it’s a show.

Menu Highlights

• Non-veg legends: Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kebab, festival crowd menu like Chicken Bhuna Roll.
• Veg picks: Paneer Tikka, Paneer Bhurji, veg platters.
• Festival specials for Ramzan: Zaban Soup, Dil Soup, Malpua - these aren’t on every menu, but I bring them out for special occasions.
