You have likely seen Shamshad, our longest-serving team member, working the stalls. He has been with us for 30 years and does not need to hear or speak to know exactly what a returning customer wants. For 70+ years, Bademiya has been more than just a street food joint in Colaba. While the masalas and the open-fire charcoal tandoors are famous, the real secret is the people. My father, Mohammed Yasin, taught us that the business is about more than just profit. It is about the relationships we build with our staff and our customers.

We have team members like Akhilesh who have been with us for a decade, ensuring every seekh is perfectly grilled. We call this 'commando training' because working the grills until 4 AM in the middle of Mumbai’s chaos requires serious grit. Our staff handles the crowds, the celebrities, and the late-night hunger with the same smile they had years ago.
