There’s always a twist - a bit of dhunvedar (smoky) flavour, a new take on an old favourite, or a memory in the making.

What’s Cooking

My kitchen is all about options:

• Modern Indian cuisine - creamy curries, smoky tandoori specialties, and naans fresh off the tawa.
• Desi-Chinese comfort food - spicy Manchow soup, burnt garlic fried rice, and green garlic sauce gravies. These hit different, especially when you want that home-style Chinese.
• Sizzler platters - BBQ Paneer loaded with rice, veggies, and fries, all served hot and sizzling.

I’m all about keeping things fresh. Special menus pop up for mango season, our annual seafood fest, Shravan, and the winter bonanza. If you like trying new stuff, there’s always something going on.
