Pranayama, or breathwork, works on a deep level to balance your energy channels (Ida and Pingla). This video demonstrates Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), a practice I teach to calm the mind, cleanse the pranic channels, and bring clarity of thought.

We do not just sit and close our eyes. My sessions often start with Nadi Shodhana to balance your energy channels, followed by guided chakra meditation tailored to your current emotional state. Whether it is anxiety from a high-pressure job or persistent mental fatigue, we identify where that stress is stored and use specific pranayama sequences to help you release it safely.
Healing the body requires a calm mind. In our sessions at the Janakpuri studio, we move beyond simple relaxation. Meditation is a discipline—what we call Sadhna—and it requires the same consistency as physical exercise.
Why Breathwork Matters
Most of us live in a state of shallow breathing, which keeps our nervous system in 'fight or flight' mode. I teach specific Pranayama techniques to shift you into a parasympathetic state, where your body can actually repair itself.
- Nadi Shodhana: I use this to activate your Ida and Pingla nadis, helping to restore equilibrium when you feel scattered or overwhelmed.
- Chakra Meditation: We use visualization techniques to focus on different energy centers, which helps in processing trapped emotions and reducing cortisol levels.

I don't believe in 'quick fixes.' You will learn how to practice techniques that you can carry home with you. During our 1-on-1 sessions, I monitor your breath pattern and posture.
