Community Yoga and Spiritual Events in Bangalore

byAthaYog LivingStudio at Indiranagar, BengaluruView full gallery

Beyond our regular classes, we gather for moments of shared stillness and reflection at spiritual spaces across Bangalore.

We were honored to host this special spiritual retreat at Ramakrishna Math. This poster shows our principal teacher leading a session on Yoga, Health, and Spirituality, alongside revered speakers for a day of bhajans and guided meditation.

This is the detailed schedule from our spiritual retreat. It shows the flow of the day, from bhajans and guided meditation to discourses in both Kannada and English, making the teachings accessible to our entire community.

About this collection

These events are where we step out of the studio and into a shared space for reflection. Whether it is a morning at Ramakrishna Math or a meditation gathering, the focus remains on finding connection and peace beyond our yoga mats.

Yoga is not just about what you do on your own; sometimes, it is about the energy we create together. Our community events, like the retreats hosted at spiritual institutions, are designed to give you a break from the noise of daily life.

We keep the structure simple: guided meditation, bhajans, and insightful discourses. We often alternate between English and Kannada to make sure the wisdom reaches everyone present. It is not about complex poses here. It is about sitting together, listening, and letting that nemmadi—that quiet peace of mind—sink in.

These gatherings are open to everyone. You do not need to be a long-time practitioner to attend. If you are feeling a bit burnt out or just want to experience a different kind of stillness, come join us. Check our upcoming schedule to see where we will be hosting our next session.

I am Sharath from AthaYog. I started these events because yoga is not just a solo practice; it is about finding community connection and shared peace, whether we are in a studio or a temple.
