About Asana Gallery: Strength, Balance & Flexibility
At Arya Power Yoga, we do not just ask you to hold a pose; we teach the mechanics of how to get there. You will see our students using wheels, blocks, and chairs—not as crutches, but as tools to deepen alignment and safety. Whether it is working into a deep Kapotasana or finding balance in Sirsasana, the focus remains on controlled, conscious movement rather than physical display.
In this gallery, you see more than just advanced asanas like Mayurasana or Eka Pada Bakasana. You are seeing the physical manifestation of discipline. Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) is designed to take you from a practitioner to a confident guide.
The Philosophy of Movement
Yoga is not a gym workout; it is a way to discipline the mind. We teach the full spectrum, from the intensity of Power Yoga to the restorative nature of Hatha. When you look at the images, notice the focus in the students' faces—this is the result of applying the 8 limbs of yoga to physical practice.
Tools for Progress
Advanced poses require patience. We incorporate specific props—yoga wheels, bricks, and parallettes—to help students safely open the chest, strengthen the core, and improve wrist stability. This ensures that even difficult inversions, like Sirsasana or handstands, are approached with stability, not force.
Rishikesh Immersions
While our studio work in New Rajinder Nagar and Gurugram provides the foundation, our 5-day residential retreats in Rishikesh allow you to deepen this practice on the banks of the Ganga. This change of setting is essential for understanding the spiritual side of yoga, moving beyond the physical to the meditative.
Real Results
Whether you are struggling with shoulder alignment or looking to master the crow pose, our instructors provide the hands-on adjustments required to unlock your potential. We do not offer shortcuts; we offer a systematic path to mastery.
