About Our Kula: Community, Rituals & Studios
Our kula (community) is the heartbeat of Arya Power Yoga Academy. When you enter our studios in Delhi or Gurugram, you are not just walking into a workout space, but a supportive environment where we value the traditional hawan (fire ceremony) as much as we value alignment. It is a shared path where we learn together, adjust each other's postures, and uplift one another’s spirit after a demanding practice.
Beyond the Mat: Our Kula
Yoga can be a solitary pursuit, but at Arya Power Yoga Academy, we believe in the strength of the kula. Whether you are training for your 300-hour certification or attending a daily drop-in class, you are part of a community rooted in the principle of seva (service). We do not just teach asanas; we build a space for connection.
Studios Across Delhi & Gurugram
We have carefully established our centers to be accessible, functional spaces for serious practice. You will find us in New Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, and across multiple locations in Gurugram, including DLF Phase 4 and Sector 57. These are not luxury retreats with air conditioning and mirrors everywhere; they are dedicated spaces for authentic practice, equipped with props like wheels, bricks, and straps to help you safely progress.
Rituals & Growth
We integrate the traditional 8 limbs of yoga into our daily life. You might find a Manipura Dhyan session designed to boost willpower, or a community hawan to inaugurate a new studio space. These rituals ground us. When students move together in a synchronized flow or support each other in an inversion, the collective energy shifts. This is the environment I have created—a place where no one is left behind, where the teacher is present, and where the focus remains on the authentic journey of self-discovery rather than superficial perfection.
