The Journey is the Reward: Real Progress, Not Perfection

Yoga is rarely a straight line. It is about showing up on days when you feel wobbly, confused, or just done. I share my own journey—from lost poses to mental health battles—to show you that your practice is valid exactly where you are right now.

From "I can't do this" to "I did it." This is my evolution, a reminder that progress takes time, trust, and a little bit of faith in yourself. We all start somewhere, and I'm here to help you take that first step.

I lost this leg-behind-head pose for the longest time. Getting it back taught me so much about patience and consistent practice. If you feel like you've lost progress, we can work together to rebuild that strength and flexibility, one day at a time.

This was me doing a full bow pose (Purna Dhanurasana) after two years. It's not about glorifying the pose, but celebrating the comeback from procrastination and self-doubt. Your mat is a safe space to work through mental blocks, not just physical ones.

This is me, sitting in the middle of a lotus design, reflecting on my own growth. I'm not here to fit into an Instagram mold. I'm here to share what I've learned the hard way, so your path can be a little clearer.

About this collection

I didn't just wake up doing full bow poses or headstands. I spent two years rebuilding my practice after feeling like I had completely lost it to self-doubt. When we work together, we aren't chasing the 'perfect' shape you see on social media. We use props, modifications, and honest patience to build a practice that fits your body today, not the one you wish you had.

Your Mat, Your Rules

There is a lot of noise out there about what yoga should look like. You have seen the feeds filled with impossible contortions and flawless skin. Let me be clear: that is not what we are doing here. My approach is about functional movement, mental clarity, and actually enjoying the process of getting stronger.

Why We Use Props

If you have an injury, tightness, or just feel like you are built differently, props are not a weakness. They are a tool to make the practice accessible. Whether it is an Iyengar chair for support, blocks to bring the floor closer, or straps to safely deepen a stretch, I use them to ensure you are moving without pain. This is how we handle arthritis, hypertension, or just plain old stiffness.

More Than Just A Workout

I am a yoga therapist, not just an instructor. My sessions often include pranayama (breathwork) to help you manage anxiety and stress. If you are feeling stuck in your head or dealing with the, 'I can't do this' loop, we will address that mental block on the mat. My goal is to create a space where you can fall, laugh about it, and get your ass back up.

Flexible Practice

Whether you are in Mumbai or Bengaluru, I can come to your home for a personalized session. If you prefer the convenience of home but want that live guidance, my virtual coaching is designed to be interactive—I will watch your alignment, suggest adjustments, and make sure you are safe and effective. No travel, no excuses.
