I’m not your typical yoga teacher and this isn’t your picture-perfect Instagram class. My approach to therapeutic & accessible yoga is raw, real, and welcoming to anyone who’s ever thought, “I can’t do this.” Trust me, you can - and it doesn’t have to look a certain way.
Yoga for the Messy Stuff
Yoga with me is about mental healing as much as physical. I care deeply about mental health, so if you’re weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or just the everyday stress that messes with your head, know you’re seen. Yoga for anxiety and trauma is something I take seriously. This is a place to let those feelings out and start working through them.
For Every Body, No Exceptions
I’m a curvy yogi and proud of it. Adaptive yoga for larger bodies is part of what I do, but honestly, it’s for anybody who ever felt out of place in a yoga class. Props, chairs, whatever helps - we use it, no shame. Chair yoga for seniors or those with mobility issues? Absolutely. If standing is tough, we sit. If something feels silly, mat puchna kyu (don’t ask why) - it’s all part of the journey.
What’s It Like With Me?
Think of it as self-therapy more than exercise. We focus on how your body and mind feel, not how you look. Mistakes, emotions, even the occasional laugh - bring it on. We’re here to heal, not to impress.

My Story
Hi, I’m Khushali. Honestly, half the time I’m just winging it, like most folks. Yoga dragged me out of my own head - the 'I can't do this' loop. I’m a #curvyyogi, trekking in Gokarna, geeking out on stars, sometimes messing up my makeup, sometimes feeling divine with the sea breeze. Got married not long ago, and my partner’s the reason I finally hit 'post.' Still learning, still evolving, still here.
