This is a glimpse into our gentle Hatha flow, where we practice Classical Surya Namaskara, counting our breaths in Sanskrit to deepen our focus and connect with the ancient roots of yoga.

About My Yoga Classes: In-Person & Online

You know, the thing about my classes is that we don't do those fancy yoga pretzels where you compete to twist the most. In our sessions, we use traditional Sanskrit counts for our Classical Surya Namaskara, not because it is fancy, but because it forces you to stay focused on your breath instead of your phone or your to-do list. It is about showing up exactly as you are, even if you are feeling a bit awkward.
