About this collection
When you walk into our Banashankari space, don't expect AC or mirrors. You get EVA foam mats, heavy bags, and a group that actually cares if you show up. We train barefoot, we push hard, and yes, you will get sore. If you’re looking for a place to hide in the corner, this isn't it. But if you’re ready to actually learn combat skills while building real strength, you belong here.
We don't do 'gym culture' where everyone ignores each other. When you train at our facility, you're part of a support system. Whether you're here for the 4-week self-defense course, BJJ, or general strength and conditioning, the person next to you is helping you push through that last burpee.
Our training environment is garage-style because real fighting happens in real conditions. We focus on technique over ego. You’ll learn how to throw a proper punch, escape a hold, and manage your breathing under stress. It doesn't matter if you're a student, a working professional, or someone dealing with PCOD—if you show up, we make sure you grow.
We keep classes practical. We cover stand-up striking, escape mechanics, and ground survival basics. Most importantly, we provide a safe space to fail, learn, and try again. If you're done with generic fitness routines and want to actually learn how to fight and feel capable, this is where you start.
