I am so proud of my Pilates tribe. This is what consistency, strength, and dedication look like. Every day, they show up, embrace the challenge, and leave feeling and moving better. It’s an honor to be part of their journey to better health.

This is my Pilates gang, finding strength and resilience together in a group mat class. We focus on holding steady through challenges and building bodies that support us through every phase of life. It’s all about showing up for yourself and celebrating that commitment.

A wider view of our mat class, where everyone is focused and in sync. Helping people connect with their bodies and overcome limitations is my passion, and I believe this work deserves to be valued and respected.

You'll never regret going to a Pilates class. Here you can see my clients working on lunges, core work, and stretches. Each session boosts energy, improves posture, and provides mental clarity.

Balance is something you create. Here, my class takes on a balance challenge using the Pilates ring, also known as the magic circle. We focus, we wobble, but we always grow stronger together.

Did you move today? We brought some Christmas colors to our warmup flow. Movement heals, and even a short session can leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

The struggle is real, but so is the fun. Using the Pilates ring, we challenge our core strength, control, and stability. Slower is better, and the results are lean, strong muscles.

"Be the heroine of your life." A look into a hardcore Pilates session at The Whitefield Club. These women are determined to rise, and I'm here to guide them to become stronger versions of themselves.

When the class makes you proud. This session was pure abs and upper body work, including the Pilates hundred, bird-dog for stability, and side planks. These ladies absolutely rocked it.

About Group Mat Pilates: Strength in Community

The most important part of my group sessions isn't the perfect rep, it's the modifications. If you have a nagging back ache or a knee issue, I don't just tell you to push through. I give you specific regressions—like using a magic circle or resistance band—so you can safely strengthen the muscles around the joint without aggravating your pain.
