- Method: Contemporary Mat Pilates centering on core activation.
- Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate flows including spine twists and rolling exercises.
- Props: Instruction provided for home props like Mini Pilates Ball or Magic Circle (props not included in fee).
Oversight
- Clinical Vetting: Routines approved by Dr. Aditi for back safety.
- Support: Real-time form monitoring during calls and WhatsApp group access.
- Add-on: Basic nutrition guidance included.
Small Group Studio Pilates
Facility & Schedule
- Location: Air-conditioned studio in Jayanagar 9th Block with full-length mirrors.
- Batch Size: Capped at 6 to 10 participants for quality control.
- Timing: Evening slots, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 PM.
- Amenities: Changing area and storage space provided.

- Basics: Professional grade non-slip Pilates mats.
- Resistance: Usage of Magic Circles (rings) and Therabands.
- Stability: Integration of Swiss Balls for functional strength work.
Instruction Style
- Method: Combination of Mat Pilates flows and functional strength training.
- Correction: Physical tactile cues used to correct pelvic alignment and rib flare.

1:1 Clinical Reformer & Rehab

- Specialized Gear: Usage of Wunda Chair for stability and Jumpboards for low-impact cardio.
