Fun and Playful Yoga for Kids in Bangalore
I don't just teach poses—I turn yoga into an adventure for your little ones. We use games and stories to build strength, focus, and joy, making movement feel like the best part of their day.
Making yoga fun is the best way to get kids moving. Here, my son and I are turning our living room into a yoga playground, flowing through poses like Downward Dog and Upward Dog. It’s all about creating positive experiences with movement.
Celebrating my son, my little rockstar. My approach to kids yoga is rooted in this same sense of joy and play, creating a space where children feel happy, confident, and loved.
There is nothing like the simple joy of dancing in the rain. I love bringing this sense of freedom and play into my kids yoga sessions, encouraging them to move their bodies and have fun.
About Fun & Playful Yoga for Kids
Unlike adult classes, my sessions do not rely on strict holds or silence. We use animal-inspired moves like Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) and Kakasana (Crow Pose) wrapped in storytelling, which keeps kids engaged and naturally helps them work on their balance, coordination, and attention span without ever feeling like a boring lesson.
Making Yoga a Playground
Getting kids to sit still is hard—so I do not ask them to. My approach to children's yoga is entirely about gamification. By turning asanas into animal impersonations and storytelling journeys, I help children improve their posture, body awareness, and motor skills without the pressure of a traditional class.
What to Expect in a Session
- Personalized Engagement: Each 45 to 60-minute session is tailored to your child’s energy levels and age group.
- Home Comfort: I come to you. Whether it is a living room or a backyard, I set up a safe, fun space for up to two children.
- Mindfulness Through Play: We use rhythmic breathing and simple focus games disguised as activities. It helps them regulate their energy and calm down, especially after a long school day.
Why My Style Works
My background as a 500-hour YTT certified instructor ensures that while the kids are having a blast, they are also safely developing core strength and flexibility. It is not about achieving the perfect posture; it is about building a positive relationship with their bodies early on. Whether your child needs to burn off excess energy or develop better focus, we tackle it through play rather than rigid drills.
