Fun & Playful Yoga for Kids

I turn yoga into a game for the little ones. Through playful movements and stories, kids improve their balance, body awareness, and confidence in a fun, non judgmental environment.

Partner & Group Sessions

Yoga is often a shared journey. I offer partner yoga to build trust and connection, and dynamic group classes that create a supportive community atmosphere. These sessions are available in studios, gyms, or at your preferred location.

Advanced Yoga Practice

A look into the deeper aspects of my personal practice, focusing on advanced asanas that challenge the body and mind. This is where we explore complex backbends, inversions, and flows to build discipline and grace.
