About Outdoor & Community Events
Practicing outdoors changes how your nervous system responds to the environment. Natural sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm, and the fresh air makes every pranayama practice more effective than in a closed room. When we practice together in groups, the shared collective energy helps you push past your usual mental blocks.
Why do I take my practice to the parks of Gurugram? Because yoga was never intended to be confined to four walls. When you perform asana under the open sky, your body receives direct signals that reduce cortisol and activate the parasympathetic nervous system much faster than in an air conditioned studio.
The Science of Nature
In my sessions, I often emphasize how the environment acts as a prop. Grounding your feet on grass, feeling the wind during breathwork, and synchronizing with natural light helps correct the sleep and stress cycles that many office professionals struggle with. It is not just about fresh air. It is about reconnecting your biological clock with nature.
