A curated collection of my work, bridging the gap between gym-based strength and the science of yogic healing.

(Hero Item) Many believe you must choose between the strength of a gym and the calm of yoga. I show you how to find the balance. This video explains the science, contrasting how gym work activates the 'fight or flight' sympathetic system while my yoga practices stimulate the 'rest and digest' parasympathetic system for true, holistic strength.

You don't need a mat to practice yoga. Here, I guide students through Chair Surya Namaskar, a modified sun salutation perfect for the office. It's a safe, inclusive practice that releases tension from long hours of sitting and is accessible even if you have injuries or low mobility.

Healing begins when you identify your triggers. In this session, I discuss the importance of awareness in managing anxiety. I then guide a student through a supported Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) using a bolster, a restorative pose that calms the nervous system.

In our fast paced world, focus is a superpower. This is a glimpse into a Trataka (candle gazing) meditation workshop. This ancient yogic technique is incredibly effective for improving concentration, clearing the mind, and enhancing your ability to focus on a single point, a skill crucial for corporate life.

Yoga can be practiced anywhere, from a corporate boardroom to a community park. This video shows the versatility of my programs, including a large outdoor session and an indoor chair yoga class for professionals. My goal is to bring the discipline and focus of yoga to you, wherever you are.

Ancient wisdom holds practical solutions for modern problems. This is from my workshop on the Bhagavad Gita for corporate life. We explore timeless principles that provide guidance on leadership, decision making, and managing workplace challenges with a balanced and conscious mindset.

To prepare the body for deeper pranayama, we must first purify it. Here, I am guiding participants through Jal Neti, a yogic cleansing technique. This practice clears the nasal passages, which is highly effective for allergies and ensures an unobstructed flow of breath for enhanced well being.

About Featured

Most people think yoga is just 'stretching', but my sessions use props like chairs, blocks, and bolsters to ensure safe, effective alignment for everyone—even if you have chronic pain or injuries. When you join, we don't just follow a routine; we look at your specific anatomy and stressors, like tech-neck from desk work, to build a practice that actually heals.
