Yoga is more than just asanas. Explore how timeless texts and ancient philosophy provide practical, calm-inducing solutions for the high-pressure demands of modern professional life.

A glimpse into one of my philosophy sessions. Here, we discuss the kleshas (causes of suffering) as described by Patanjali, starting with Avidya (ignorance). Understanding these root causes is the first step toward true inner freedom.

What does it take to succeed in yoga? Maharishi Patanjali and Hatha Yoga Pradipika both give us a roadmap. It requires faith (shraddha), effort (virya), memory (smriti), and a deep, unwavering firmness of purpose.

True health is more than the absence of disease. In this video, I explain the Ayurvedic definition of a healthy person (swasth), which involves a complete balance of the body's doshas, tissues, and metabolic processes, as well as a pleasant state of the soul, senses, and mind.

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences, both aimed at liberation (moksha). I explain how yoga works with the three gunas (sattva, rajas, tamas) and Ayurveda with the three doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) to bring the entire system into harmony.

"Nirvana means formless." In this session, we explore the concept of moving beyond the ego and identity. The shloka "I am not the mind, nor the intellect, nor the ego" guides us toward the experience of pure, blissful consciousness (Shiva).

Yoga is not just asana, it is a life vision. This video from International Yoga Day shares the message of 'One Earth, One Health', reminding us that when we align our spine, calm our breath, and find peace within, we contribute to the peace of the world.

About Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life

Many people treat yoga as just physical exercise, but I believe the true transformation happens when you understand the why behind the practice. In these sessions, we do not just hold poses; we bridge the gap between ancient scriptures and your current corporate challenges. Whether we are discussing the kleshas (the causes of suffering) or using the Bhagavad Gita to navigate office politics, the goal is to give you a framework that brings clarity and calm to your daily routine, not just while you are on the mat, but long after you have finished your practice.
