About Yoga Teacher Training Courses
Teaching is completely different from practicing. In my 200-hour program, I don't just have you memorize sequences. You will lead mock classes under my supervision where I correct your verbal cueing and posture adjustments in real-time. By the time you finish, you will know exactly how to safely guide a beginner into complex poses and structure a class that keeps students coming back.
A Practical Approach to Teaching
This isn't a classroom lecture where you sit and take notes. My Yoga Teacher Training Course focuses on the reality of the profession. Whether you want to start your own classes in Rohini or apply for roles at fitness studios, the curriculum prepares you for the field. We cover:
- Anatomy & Physiology: Understanding muscles and joints so you never cause injury to a client.
- Teaching Methodology: How to speak, sequence, and hold a room's attention.
- Philosophy & Ethics: The discipline that makes yoga more than just a workout.
- Practical Exams: You will conduct live classes with my students to build your confidence.
The Mandeep Yoga Discipline
I keep the batches small because you need feedback. You cannot learn to be a teacher if I am not watching you, correcting your alignment, and showing you how to cue a breath. If you are serious about this, expect long days and hard work. Sabr (patience) is required. You will learn the Surya Namaskar flows, advanced asanas like Crow Pose, and the nuances of Pranayama so you can teach them authentically.
Once you pass the practical and theory assessments, you receive a diploma that validates your training. I also provide mentorship on how to structure your fees and handle your first few batches. This is your foundation for a career in health.
