Whether you want to deepen your own practice or help others start theirs, I offer hands-on training and classes designed to keep movement fun, accessible, and grounded.

This is what my Yoga Teacher Training is all about: practical, hands-on learning in a supportive space. This video shows how I guide students through poses like Extended Side Angle and Half Moon, focusing on safe alignment and adjustments. My 200-hour course is Yoga Alliance certified and we offer flexible schedules to fit your life.

I believe summer is the best time to deepen your practice. The natural warmth helps our bodies become more flexible, making it easier to explore poses like lunges, headstands, and restorative inversions. This video shares my philosophy on seasonal practice and gives you a peek into our inclusive group classes.

Come fly with us! My Aerial Yoga certification was a new chapter for me, and I love sharing this practice. You'll see my students and I exploring partner poses and building strength and grace in the hammocks. It’s a fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding way to elevate your yoga journey.

Experiencing lower back pain during practice is common, and it's often due to hip alignment. In my training, we dive deep into anatomy and corrections. This video shows how I teach students to identify and correct posture, ensuring a safe and pain-free practice for themselves and their future students.

This is me, Prajna! As an RYT-300 certified Hatha yoga teacher, my passion is helping you connect with your body.
