This is a space where your yoga mat sits right beside our coffee table, and yes, our resident pets are likely to join you in Savasana. We focus on a come-as-you-are approach, so whether you are here for an intense flow or a quiet coffee, you can leave the performance at the door and just be yourself.
We started Anokhi Garden to bridge the gap between our roots in Mysore and the fast-paced energy of Mumbai. Our sanctuary in Khar West is built to help you slow down, breathe, and find a sense of belonging amidst the urban noise. We integrate wellness practices like Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga with mindful gatherings, community circles, and sound baths. It is not just about the poses. It is about the shared energy, or Shakti, that we cultivate in every session. You might find Srinatha Sir guiding a traditional Mysore-style session, or you could drop by for one of our full moon rituals. Our in-house cafe serves plant-based, nourishing meals, making it easy to turn your practice into a slow, meaningful morning or afternoon. Because we believe in inclusivity, our space is entirely pet-friendly. If you are looking for a spot to ground yourself, connect with others, and simply breathe, you are home.
