My Training Philosophy: The Insights Podcast
Real strength is not just about physical technique. In these videos, I talk about the discipline, mindset, and daily choices that actually build a safer and stronger version of yourself.
In this video, I make an appeal to the martial arts community about our responsibility to protect our loved ones and neighbors. The skills we learn are not just for us; they are for helping those who cannot defend themselves.
What is your reason for training? In this 'Insights' episode, I talk about the importance of having a strong 'why' to build self-discipline. If you train for fame or money, you might quit when it gets hard. If you train for yourself, you will keep going.
A clip where I discuss the importance of speaking up against injustice, especially concerning women's safety. It is our collective responsibility to create a safer society.
We all struggle with procrastination. In this podcast, I talk with a student about why we make excuses and how that 5 minutes of laziness can lead to a lifetime of regret. It all comes down to respecting your time and your goals.

Consistency is everything. Here, I talk about what it truly means to be consistent and how it's a matter of priority. It's about keeping the promise you made to yourself, no matter what.
About My Training Philosophy: The 'Insights' Podcast
A lot of people come to my dojo looking for a quick fix or an MMA trick to make them tough overnight. The reality is much simpler, and honestly, a bit harder. Training with me requires showing up even on days when you would rather hit snooze, because that consistency is what really separates someone who can defend themselves from someone who just watches fight videos. If you are ready to put in the work rather than just look for a hack, we should talk.
Why Training Is More Than Just Fighting
When people hear 'martial arts,' they often think of movie scenes or cage fights. My 'Insights' series is where I peel back those layers. I talk about why we train—not for fame or money, but for the discipline that carries over into your daily life.
The Reality Check
- Consistency over Intensity: You do not need to train like a professional athlete to be safe. You need to train consistently. Five minutes of laziness today can lead to a lifetime of regret tomorrow.
- Mental Fortitude: Why do people quit? Usually because they seek instant gratification. My sessions are about understanding why you make excuses and how to get past that 'freeze' response when things get difficult.
- Community Responsibility: My videos also touch on the serious stuff—like the collective duty we have to look out for women's safety, kids being bullied, and our neighbors. This isn't just about protecting yourself; it is about building a safer community in Delhi NCR.
What You Won't Find Here I do not teach 'fake' martial arts. If a technique only works in an anime or a choreographed video, we do not do it. My goal is to teach you how to stay calm under stress and handle real-world scenarios—whether you are dealing with a bully at school or just struggling to find the motivation to hit the gym.
