Practical techniques designed for real-life safety. Whether it is women's survival workshops or anti-bullying for kids, I focus on discipline and techniques that actually work.

This is one of the most important ground survival techniques I teach, especially for women. In this video, I demonstrate how to use a hip bump to unbalance a mounted attacker, create space, and escape a dangerous situation. It's not about strength, it's about leverage and knowing what to do when you're pushed to the ground.

Here I am conducting a women's self-defense seminar at Artemis Hospital. We focused on simple, effective techniques that employees can use to protect themselves, like escaping a wrist grab or a chokehold. My corporate workshops are interactive and designed for people with no prior training.

This is the amazing group of girls from HSV Global School after our self-defense workshop. My goal for kids is to build their confidence and give them the tools to stand up to bullying. Seeing them empowered and ready to protect themselves is the biggest reward.

There are no shortcuts to getting stronger, smarter, or faster. It takes discipline and consistent effort, one step at a time. This is a glimpse into my own training routine, practicing the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai that form the base of the techniques I teach.

Being choked on the ground is a terrifying scenario, but there is a way out. This is a preview of a practical Jiu-Jitsu technique I teach to break the attacker's hold and turn the tables. Knowing how to defend yourself in the worst positions is true self-defense.

I was honored to be invited by the Delhi Legal Services Authority to teach life-saving skills to these wonderful, underprivileged kids. I believe safety is a right for everyone, regardless of their background. We work with NGOs and communities to make self-defense accessible to all.

Bullying often starts with ego. In this session from my 'Insights' podcast, I talk with a student about how to de-escalate situations and why walking away is a sign of strength, not weakness. This is a crucial part of my anti-bullying curriculum for teenagers.

Happy Rakshabandhan from my mother, my dog Moti, and me. This festival reminds us of our duty to protect our loved ones. For me, that means going beyond just being there and actively teaching skills that ensure their safety.

In my sessions, we do not practice fancy moves that only work in movies. If you are ever forced to the ground, the goal is simple: create space and get back to your feet. We practice specific, high-percentage drills like the hip bump so your body remembers what to do under pressure. It is not about being the strongest person in the room; it is about knowing how to handle being pushed down and finding your way back to safety.
