Technique is not enough; you need the engine to back it up. Our circuit training includes tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and bodyweight exercises to build the functional strength and endurance needed for combat.

Our kids' classes are designed to build confidence, discipline, and respect in a safe and fun environment. We focus on practical self-defense skills to help them stand up to bullying and feel secure.
