Satnam. For me, real wellness starts inside. I’m here to help you reconnect with your natural balance, not just fix symptoms. My Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation is a space for honest conversation, not just a checklist. We’ll look at what’s going on for you and work together to bring things back into harmony.
What We’ll Explore
- I use Ayurveda as the base, but I mix in other tools too. We’ll figure out your unique dosha (body-mind type) and talk about what that means for your daily life.
- I offer Ayurvedic nutrition guidance, so you get food and routine tips that actually fit you, not just generic advice.
- If you’re open, we can use Kundalini yoga for wellness and simple meditation to help manage stress and clear your mind.
- Breathwork (pranayama for vitality) is another option - it’s powerful for energy and calming the nerves.
- I also bring in ways to support emotional balance, because I know it’s all connected.

- A session that’s tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all thing.
- Practical routines and tools you can actually use, even if you’re busy.

Amrit Nam
My Story
Satnam, I’m Amrit Nam. Yoga was not always my path - I was all about gym workouts, push push, till I found my breath in my first yoga class. That changed everything. During my second pregnancy, Pre-Natal Kundalini Yoga showed me a deeper way. My teacher Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa inspired me to go further. Now, as a mother of three, I just want to share this gift of yoga, not as an exercise, but a way to live, heal, and connect.
My Work
What I Offer - Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Pre & Post-natal Yoga, Ayurveda therapy, Access Bars energy healing, and Sacred Gatherings.
My Way of Teaching - It’s not about touching your toes. It’s about connecting with your breath, your energy, and your real self.
Who Can Join - Anyone - total beginners, experienced yogis, even if you just want to breathe and feel better.
Special Circles - I hold sacred women's circles, and group sessions for solstices, full moons, and special times.
