This is a glimpse into my personal practice and the energy of our annual retreats. I believe true wellness comes from connecting with ourselves in a sacred space, allowing the mind to quiet and the spirit to feel nourished. This is the state of peace and community I aim to cultivate for you.
I often share simple Ayurvedic recipes like this CCF tea, made from coriander, cumin, and fennel. It is a gentle yet powerful tonic for improving digestion, reducing bloating, and calming the system. This is an example of how we can use food as medicine in your daily routine.
If you are feeling the weight of fatigue, your body is wisely asking for rest. In this video, I demonstrate a simple restorative yoga sequence using props for support. This practice helps to calm an overstimulated nervous system and gently open the heart, allowing your body to deeply rejuvenate.
This is a guided meditation for inviting miracles into your life. I explain how combining a specific mantra, Guru Guru Waheguru Guru Ram Das Guru, with a prayerful mudra can align your energy to receive blessings. It is a short but profound practice to connect with your higher self.
I was honored to be featured on NDTV to discuss how yoga is a technology for an active life. In this clip, I explain how the practice goes beyond physical postures to fundamentally change our breath, our food choices, and the health of our internal organ systems.
Here is a recipe for Green Gram Ladoos, a nutritious and satisfying snack rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom. They are a wonderful source of plant protein and fiber, supporting digestion and steady energy. This is how we can bring healthy, delicious foods into your life.
Satnam. My name is Gunjan Amrit Nam, and I am here to support you on your wellness journey. My approach is built on compassion and a deep understanding that true healing starts from within. I look forward to connecting with you.
About Featured
I approach these sessions as a partnership, not a prescription. Whether we are mapping your unique Ayurvedic dosha or recalibrating your nervous system through Kundalini Kriya, my goal is to give you tools you can use at home immediately. We will look at what is currently blocking your energy—be it diet, sleep patterns, or chronic stress—and address it with practical, daily routines that actually fit your schedule.
My Approach to Wellness
My work is based on the idea that wellness is not about adding more to your plate, but remembering what is already inside you. In this collection, you will see a mix of my daily practices, nutritional guidance based on Ayurveda, and the specific Kundalini technologies I teach.
Integrating Yoga and Ayurveda
I often get asked how these two systems work together. Ayurveda helps us understand our Prakriti (original constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalance). By adjusting your diet—like incorporating CCF tea for digestion or Green Gram Ladoos for sustained energy—we stabilize the physical vessel. Once the body feels nourished, we use Kundalini yoga to clear the mind and nervous system.
Why This Works
- Personalization: No two bodies are the same. My consultations focus on a visual analysis of your skin, tongue, and eyes to determine what your system truly needs.
- Practicality: I do not believe in rigid rules that you cannot sustain. If you are a parent or a working professional, we find the 'dinacharya' (daily routine) that works for your life.
- Self-Healing: I am here to empower you, not to make you dependent. My sessions aim to give you the roadmap to your own health, from pranayama (breathwork) for vitality to lifestyle changes that ground you.
Let's Begin
If you feel called to this work, we can start with a 75-minute diagnostic session to map your wellness journey. This is where we create your custom roadmap for diet, mental hygiene, and spiritual practice.
