I was honored to be featured on NDTV to discuss how yoga is a technology for an active life. In this clip, I explain how the practice goes beyond physical postures to fundamentally change our breath, our food choices, and the health of our internal organ systems.
During this discussion on NDTV Rajasthan, I spoke about the unique challenges facing Gen Z, including spinal health issues from modern lifestyles. I shared how yoga offers a powerful tool for reconnecting with the body and creating mindful habits from a young age.
Here I am with my respected colleague Sierra Siri Prakash. We often facilitate workshops together, combining our decades of experience to create powerful, immersive experiences in Kundalini yoga and meditation for the community.
I regularly host workshops on specific themes, such as this Sacred Gathering for Women and a session on the union of Shiva and Shakti. These events are an opportunity to dive deep into the technology of Kundalini yoga in a supportive group setting.
This is an announcement for my annual Kundalini yoga and meditation retreat, Desert Rose. Retreats are a special time to immerse yourself in the practice, connect with nature, and build a deep sense of community and inner peace.
As the seasons change, so do the needs of our bodies. I offer seasonal online sessions, like this April Detox, focused on cleansing specific systems like the liver and glands through targeted Kundalini kriyas and meditations.
The mind is a central concept in yoga. In these specialized sessions, we explore the three minds recognized in Kundalini yoga, the positive, negative, and neutral, and learn practices to enhance mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance.
