I have been through the grind as a national-level athlete, so I know exactly what it takes to push your limits. I do not believe in fancy gimmicks or overcomplicating things. We stick to the basics that actually work: heavy compounds, functional movements, and consistent discipline.
What You Can Expect
- Technique First: In my one-on-one sessions, my eyes are on your posture. I correct your form on deadlifts, rows, and squats to ensure you are engaging the right muscles and protecting your lower back.
- Functional Strength: We use a mix of free weights, machines, and calisthenics. My goal is to build a body that performs well, not just one that looks good in the mirror.
- Practical Guidance: I provide nutritional guidance on home-cooked meals without pushing supplements. You will get direct WhatsApp access to me, so we can track your progress and adjust your schedule when life gets in the way.
