About My Journey & Expertise
My training methodology goes beyond standard fitness drills. Every session is informed by my STOTT PILATES certification and deep knowledge of anatomy, ensuring that whether you are here for injury rehabilitation or postural correction, you are moving in a way that protects your joints while challenging your muscles. I don't just teach the routine; I teach you how your body actually works.
After 18 years in the fitness industry, I realized that many people view Pilates as just another workout. It is much more. My practice is built on the rigorous STOTT PILATES standard, which requires continuous education in anatomy, biomechanics, and specialized populations.
The Science Behind The Movement
My studio in Bandra, Mumbai, is equipped with Merrithew gear—the gold standard for this practice. I use the Reformer, Cadillac, and Stability Chair to create a controlled environment where we can isolate specific muscles, manage joint load, and correct imbalances. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, recovering from an ACL injury, or correcting the effects of a sedentary desk job, we don't guess. We assess.

I spend hours studying protocols and human physiology to ensure I am bringing the most effective, safest techniques to the mat. That dedication to education is what allows me to work with everyone from high-performance athletes to individuals managing post-surgery recovery.
