About Rehabilitative Pilates
Why I Teach Rehabilitative Pilates
I know what it’s like to feel stuck because of pain or injury. My sessions are all about helping you move better, feel stronger, and actually trust your body again. No fluff - just real, practical movement that’s gentle but powerful.
What Makes This Different
Pilates isn’t just stretching or easy moves. It started as rehab for injured soldiers, so it’s tough in its own way. We keep things low-impact, which means your joints get a break, but your muscles still work hard. Low impact doesn’t mean less results - it means we’re smart about how we train.
How I Work With You
- Every plan is built for your body. I look at your injury, posture, and daily habits before we start.
- I teach you to control your movements with your mind. You’ll notice new sensations - like, ‘mere body me sensations hote hai’ (I feel sensations in my body) - and that’s your body learning to move right.
- I’m certified in working with injuries and special populations, so I know how to keep things safe and effective.
Who This Is For
If you’re recovering from an injury, coming back after surgery, dealing with chronic pain (especially back pain), stuck at a desk all day, or want safe prenatal Pilates, this is for you.
What You Get
- Less pain, more strength
- Better mobility and flexibility
- Improved posture
- Confidence in your movement

This place is my heart, not just a business. If you show up, we celebrate you. Health isn’t just fitness, it’s freedom to move and feel alive.
