Become a Certified Pilates Instructor
I train the next generation of movement experts through my 120-hour intensive certification program, focusing on anatomy, biomechanics, and real-world teaching skills.
We are coming to Mumbai! This video announces our Level 1 Mat Pilates certification, a chance for aspiring instructors to learn from one of India's best Pilates education institutes.

About this collection
You will not find weekend crash courses here. My certification is a 120-hour deep dive that requires you to master tactile cueing and biomechanics, meaning you will actually be able to correct a student's pelvic alignment or rib flare by the time you graduate.
A Clinical Approach to Teaching
Many certifications focus on memorizing the Pilates repertoire, but that is not how I teach. To be an effective instructor, you need to understand the 'why' behind every movement. My certification program is built on a foundation of anatomy and movement science. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast looking to pivot your career or an existing trainer wanting to add Pilates to your skillset, my goal is to make you an expert in movement analysis.
What the 120-Hour Deep Dive Covers
We cover the complete Mat Pilates repertoire, but the program goes much further. You will learn:
- Anatomy & Biomechanics: Understanding muscle engagement and joint mechanics to keep clients safe.
- Tactile Cueing: How to physically correct a student's posture without relying on vague verbal instructions.
- Case Studies: Applying Pilates principles to real-world scenarios, including injury rehab and postpartum recovery.
- Progression: How to modify exercises for different body types and ability levels, from absolute beginners to athletes.
The Hybrid Format
I run this program in a hybrid format to ensure that you get the most out of your training. You will have access to the theoretical modules online, which provides a flexible learning environment, followed by intensive in-person contact hours. These contact sessions in Bangalore and other cities are where the theory meets reality. We focus on hands-on adjustments, teaching practice, and feedback so you walk away confident in your ability to lead a class.
Career Impact
Adding a recognized Pilates certification to your profile does more than just add a line to your resume. It allows you to offer high-demand services like clinical rehabilitation and women's health support. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge to build a sustainable career, helping clients move without pain and build lasting strength.
Aditi Singh
I founded Crafted Pilates because I saw a gap between quick fitness trends and the actual science of moving well. I am here to help you move past just memorizing exercises and teach you how to analyze bodies, understand anatomy, and build a career that changes lives.
