About My Fitness Journey & Philosophy
My workouts are not about spending hours on a treadmill. I focus on high-intensity functional training mixed with dance fitness to keep things fun. Whether we are using dumbbells or resistance bands, every session is about form correction and pushing just enough to see real changes in your mirror. Over two decades at Rhythmic Feet in Koramangala, I have learned that the secret to long-term fitness is not just about the grind. It is about finding a rhythm that sticks. My philosophy is simple: Pain is temporary, but the pride you feel after a good workout is forever. When we train, we do not just count reps. We look at the full picture of your health, covering posture, mindset, and consistency.
Whether you are visiting my studio in Koramangala or need a session at your own location in Bengaluru, my approach remains the same. We mix strength and conditioning with elements of Zumba, Bollywood dance fitness, and Pilates. This keeps the energy high and ensures you are building functional strength rather than just lifting heavy. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. If you are a total newbie, we start with the basics to get your form right. If you are looking for that competitive edge, we push into advanced sculpting.
