I teach you how to read your own body. We focus on when to manipulate your carb intake, when to increase training intensity, and how to stay consistent when motivation dips.

My results are built on the principles I learned from my uncle and mentor, Kitty Murthy. At Kitty’s Muscle Planet in Mahalakshmi Layout, we do not waste time. My 1-on-1 coaching is not just about counting reps. It is about bio-mechanical form correction, customized macro-nutrient plans, and the psychological grit needed to push through a plateau.
