About Push Your Limits: Endurance & Conditioning
This isn’t a climate-controlled spa gym, and we don't do 'easy days.' Our conditioning zone features dedicated turf tracks, Concept2 SkiErgs, and Assault Air Bikes specifically for high-intensity interval training. When you train here, you are here to work on your cardiovascular capacity, build real stamina, and push past the point where most people quit.
We have been running A3 Performance since 2013, and our philosophy remains unchanged: no shortcuts. If you are looking to improve your athletic performance or just want to get in the best shape of your life, you have to be willing to put in the effort.
The Training Environment
We built our facility in Indiranagar as a functional warehouse-style studio. We don't use air conditioning because we believe in training in conditions that actually challenge your body. You will be working with:
- Conditioning Hardware: Assault Air Bikes and Concept2 SkiErgs to test your limit.
- Functional Movement: Battle ropes, medicine balls, and our signature red turf track for sled pushes and pulls.
- Bodyweight Intensity: Exercises like bear crawls—which our clients love to hate—because they are undeniably effective for building core strength and endurance.

Endurance is not just about running on a treadmill. It is about how your body handles stress and how quickly you recover. Our HIIT sessions are tailored to improve your VO2 max and stamina.
